I swear, I love the name "Kooh". It's so cute. >w<
Anyhow, this is Kooh from Albatross 18 (also known as "Pangya").
The main purpose of this is as a birthday gift to my friend ~SatoshiChan~ his Kooh looks something like this.
The bottom of her pigtails, however, ARE curly, which I was having WAY MUCH time-consuming difficulty with. :B And I really wanted to get this up in time for his birthday. Which I did. : ) I drew her quite a few times, and liked this one the most. Though, sometimes I look back on things and like them more then when I drew them, so I might be posting more Koohs in the future. XD

And, as goes with gifts: He's allowed to do whatever he wants with this image (and, if you want a transparent-background version or something to that effect, ask =3), whereas I'd appreciate it if others don't. Because, uh, it's HIS gift, yes?
